Spring Break - 03/17/12 to 04/14/12 .. $795/week .. + 11% taxes
Late Spring - 04/14/12 to 05/26/12 .. $695/week .. + 11% taxes
Summer Season - 05/26/12 to 08/11/12 .. $1,195/week + 11% taxes
Late Summer - 08/11/12 to 09/08/12 .. $650/week .. + 11% taxes
Early Fall - 09/08/12 to 10/06/12 .. $595/week .. + 11% taxes
Late Fall - 10/06/12 to 11/03/12 .. $495/week .. + 11% taxes
Off Season - 11/03/12 to 12/31/12 .. $395/week .. + 11% taxes
Weekly rates include the $85 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be added to daily rentals. $300 deposit to hold
reservation due at booking. Balance due 28 days prior to arrival date. 11% tax added to rental fees. Must be 25 or older
